This program lasts for one academic year, during which students will acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The purpose of the Master Program  is to provide clinicians with necessary means for a correct diagnostic and operative approach to an ideal implant prosthetic rehabilitation. Students will be drawn into modern implantology from the diagnosis to the prosthetic rehabilitation and will have the chance to get in contact with the most modern surgical techniques and technologies.

master in IMPLANTOLOGY AND THIRD MOLAR EXTRACTIONS

This program lasts one academic year, during which students will acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The Master Program has a theoretical-practical approach aimed at providing learning about the problems of surgical extraction and the subsequent phases of implant-prosthetic rehabilitation. Students will be involved in modern implantology, from diagnosis to prosthetic rehabilitation, and will have the opportunity to meet the latest surgical techniques and technologies. 

The teaching, directed by the Istituto Stomatologico Toscano and Gangnam International Implant Academy (GIIA) , Korea, aims at providing basic theoretical and methodological knowledge by conveying lectures and practical laboratory activities.

You have already placed implants and now want to develop your practical skills and build up solid scientific knowledge to provide safe, appropriate and efficient treatments.

The 18-month modular Master Program (CPD Course)’s programme takes into account your time constraints and job responsibilities.  The teaching mode is blended: a blended teaching approach combining on-site lectures and live distance learning. During the course of your studies, you will be required to travel five times to university centres, where you will attend live lectures, practical classes and live surgeries and grow from the input of our international lecturers, guest lectures and fellow students.

The University Master of Surgery in Implant Dentistry (MoSID) offers general dentists advanced training in dental implantology. Through a blended approach of online and practical sessions, participants gain theoretical knowledge and clinical skills to diagnose, treat, and manage implant cases confidently. The program includes five sessions, recorded online lectures, and concludes with a Master’s thesis.

The program includes five sessions, recorded online lectures, and concludes with a Master’s thesis. Graduates will be able to independently plan and implement therapy concepts for patients requiring implant prostheses, mastering both surgical procedures and long-term maintenance. All courses are conducted in English.
