This program lasts for
one academic year, during which students will acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The purpose of the Master Program is to provide clinicians with necessary means for a correct diagnostic and operative approach to an ideal implant prosthetic rehabilitation. Students will be drawn into modern implantology from the diagnosis to the prosthetic rehabilitation and will have the chance to get in contact with the most modern surgical techniques and technologies.
The University Master in Implant Dentistry is designed for the general dentist who has already taken the first step into the field of implant dentistry. You have already placed implants and now want to develop your practical skills and build up a solid scientific knowledge to provide safe, appropriate and efficient treatments.
The Master's programme,
entirely in English and
lasting 18 months, takes into account your time constraints and job responsibilities. The teaching modality is mixed: a blended teaching approach combining on-site lectures and live distance learning. During the course of your studies, you will travel five times to university centres, where you will participate in live lectures, practical classes and live surgeries and grow through the contribution of our international lecturers, guest speakers and fellow students.

The teaching, directed by the Istituto Stomatologico Toscano and Gangnam International Implant Academy (GIIA) , Korea, aims at providing basic theoretical and methodological knowledge by conveying lectures and practical laboratory activities.
